PDSA Pet Photo Competition Giveaway Sponsored by Ever Clean

Official Rules

  1. Ever Clean is sponsoring a Litter Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).
  2. Entrants must be residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and aged 18 years and over.
  3. Employees or agencies of PDSA or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaway.
  4. Employees or agencies of Ever Clean or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaway.
  5. Entrants into the Giveaway shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  6. The Giveaway will begin and end on the dates and times specified in the Giveaway post (“Giveaway Period”).
  7. The competition is open across both Instagram and Facebook.
  8. To enter the Giveaway on Facebook you must post a picture of your cat in the comment section of the Giveaway post.
  9. To enter the Giveaway on Instagram you must post a picture of your cat to your feed, tag @teampdsa and use the hashtag #PDSAPets. If your profile is set to private, send your entry to PDSA via DM.
  10. PDSA reserves the right to remove entries that do not meet our Pet Welfare Guidelines.
  11. The winner will receive 6 x 10-litre Ever Clean litter packs; each 10-litre pack lasts up to 2 months, based on laboratory results on the average daily urine volume of an average-sized domestic cat. There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferrable. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
  12. The winner will only be contacted by the verified PDSA account on either Facebook or Instagram through a private message. There is no cash alternative or refunds available for the giveaway prize. We will never ask you for bank details.
  1. In the event the prize claim is not received within 2 business days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  2. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and PDSA shall be entitled to select another winner.
  3. PDSA retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  4. By sharing a photo, you consent to PDSA and Ever Clean sharing your photo for marketing purposes, for example on our website as well as social media.
  5. PDSA shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Giveaway entry.
  6. The winner’s details will be passed on to Ever Clean in order for the prize to be fulfilled.
  7. PDSA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize.
  8. PDSA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
  9. The decision of PDSA in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any of its affiliates.
