Update on the proposed re-location

In recent months, we’ve been working with Greenwich Borough Council to explore plans to temporarily relocate our Thamesmead Pet Hospital to Thistlebrook Industrial Estate, as part of a wider development scheme.

Having considered the possibility in great detail, we’ve now made the decision not to move into a temporary unit. Instead, we will remain in our existing building until our new hospital has been built next door. We anticipate being able to offer an uninterrupted service to our clients through this change. 

This is an incredibly exciting time as we look towards the future of Thamesmead PDSA Pet Hospital. Once completed, the new hospital will offer a larger, more modern facility that will enable us to meet the growing demand for our help. For many more years, we will be able to support many more pets and keep providing our valued veterinary service to eligible pet owners from the current catchment area.

We would like to reassure owners that the health and wellbeing of our pet patients will always be our top priority and that there are no plans to close or change our service in the area.
