£200 worth of holiday cottage vouchers prize draw terms and conditions

  • £200 worth of holiday cottage vouchers will be provided to the winner
  • Winners must contact the prize provider Sykes Cottages Ltd with their preferred travel dates and locations
  • Vouchers may be used as payment or part payment of a cottage holiday with Sykes Cottages Ltd.
  • It is valid for any holiday with a start date within 2 years of the voucher issue date.
  • Where the cost of the holiday booked is less than the value of the voucher, no cash refund will be given.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • No cash alternative is available
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part, or replaced if lost or damaged.
  • At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over, where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission
  • Employees of PDSA or other companies and organisations associated with the Draw, their immediate families and relatives living in an employee’s household, are not eligible to take part, nor is anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Entrants must be UK residents. Prizes will not be awarded if winners cannot prove they meet these criteria.
  • There is no obligation to donate to PDSA to take part in the draw.
  • Winners will be selected by random.
  • Winners will be informed in writing within 30 days of the prize award date of 31 December 2018. A full list of winners will be available from Transactional Processing, PDSA, Whitechapel Way, Priorslee, Telford, Shropshire, TF2 9PQ. Requests for this list should be accompanied by a large self-addressed envelope marked ‘Short Break Prize Draw’.
  • A Prize Draw may be used to promote more than one campaign. PDSA reserves the right to publish winners’ names, home towns and photographs in future publicity or promotions, and to ask winners for their opinions of Prize Draws.
  • PDSA cannot accept responsibility for Prize Draw entries lost or damaged in transit, nor enter into correspondence concerning the result of the Draw.
  • Entry into the draw will be via postal entry by 31 December 2018
  • No online entries are permitted
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered entries, will be disqualified. Entries must include a full postal address.
  • PDSA reserve the right to refuse entry into the prize draw or award of prizes where it suspects that supporters have acted fraudulently, illegally or breached any of these terms and conditions.

 

Win a hamper for your cat or dog: prize draw terms and conditions

  • Employees of PDSA or other companies and organisations associated with the draw, their immediate families and relatives living in an employee’s household, are not eligible to take part.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years of age and GB residents. Prizes will not be awarded if winners cannot prove they meet these criteria.
  • There is no obligation to donate to PDSA to take part in the draw.
  • The prize of a dog or cat hamper worth £200 RRP will be drawn based on first choice of prize indicated on the entry form by 31 December 2018. Winners will be selected randomly. No purchase necessary and there is no cash alternative.
  • Winners will be informed by email or post within 30 days of the prize draw date of 31 December 2018. A full list of winners will be available from Nicky Jones, PDSA, Whitechapel Way, Priorslee, Telford, Shropshire, TF2 9PQ. Requests for this list should be accompanied by a large stamped self-addressed envelope marked ‘Dog and Cat Hamper Prize Draw’.
